Bank of Luzhou (01983): Zhang Xiao resigns as joint company secretary and authorized representative

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Bank of Luzhou (01983) issued an announcement. The Stock Exchange has confirmed that Mr. Ming Yang is eligible to serve as the bank's company secretary as stipulated in section 3.28 of the listing rules. Ms. Zhang Xiao has resigned as the bank's joint company secretary due to work arrangements; the bank's authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Listing Rules; and the agent (legal procedure document agent) representing the bank under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and section 19A.13 (2) of the Listing Rules (Legal Procedure Documents Agent), which acted on behalf of the bank under section 19A.13 (2) of the Listing Rules, took effect from September 28, 2026.

In addition, matters relating to the appointment of another joint company secretary of the bank will be announced after approval by the board of directors. During this period, Mr. Ming Yang will act independently as the bank's company secretary and will act as an authorized representative. Ms. Ye Wenhui will act as the bank's legal procedure agent.
