XP Factory to Sell Boom Battle Bar Business for Up to GBP11 Million

08:05 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- XP Factory (XPF.L) agreed to sell its Boom Battle Bar business for a total consideration of up to 11 million pounds sterling, with closing effective upon signing on Monday. The London-listed experiential leisure company said the same day it will receive 5 million pounds in upfront cash from Frasers Group-backed (FRAS.L) F.O Twenty-Four Ltd and up to 6 million pounds from sales and EBITDA earnouts over the next three years. The proceeds will be used to reduce XP Factory's net debt, provide working capital, and strengthen its balance sheet to support the rollout of at least 50 UK-owned Escape Hunt sites by March 2031.
