Dongfang Jiasheng announced that Qianhai Jiahong Yongye, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to jointly invest 315 million yuan in the joint venture platform Hengqin Yuantong according to 67% and 33% shareholding ratios, all of which are included in the capital reserve, and the shareholding ratio of the two parties remains unchanged. Among them, Qianhai Jiahong Yongye invested 211 million yuan, and Sun Weiping invested 104 million yuan. The full amount of the capital will be used to increase the capital of Hengqin Yuantong to its holding subsidiary Macau Global Connect. Macau Global Connect has now increased its capital by a total of 350 million yuan. Hengqin Yuantong and Yuantong Asia Pacific Hong Kong, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, have simultaneously pledged 90% and 10% of the shares. This transaction constitutes a related transaction. It has been reviewed and approved by the board of directors.
