The two sides used the pabolizumab biosimilar drug TQB3570 as the first cooperative product, and established a cooperative framework that can be extended to other biosimilar drugs in the field of cancer and immunity. According to the terms and conditions of the agreement, Chia Tai Tianqing will receive a down payment and is entitled to potential development, regulatory and sales milestone payments, up to a total of up to 53 million euros. At the same time, Chia Tai Tianqing will enjoy a double-digit share of profits generated by candidate drug candidates similar to pabolizumab antibiotics in authorized regions. Chia Tai Tianqing will grant STADA an exclusive license to commercialize the TQB3570 in the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
