Fubo Group (03738): Full redemption of convertible bonds

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Fubo Group (03738) issued an announcement. The company has fully redeemed the remaining convertible bonds with a principal amount of HK$1,458 billion along with accrued unpaid interest and expenses in accordance with the terms of the convertible bonds.

After full redemption, all convertible bonds have been cancelled, and the company has released all liability under and relating to the convertible bonds. After full redemption, the company has no convertible bonds that have been issued.
