Landsec to Sell London Office Property for GBP211 Million

02:41 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Land Securities Group (LAND.L), d/b/a Landsec, signed a deal to sell its 123 Victoria Street office property in London for 211 million pounds sterling, the real estate company said Monday. The buyer, SevenCitiesLdn, on behalf of Seven Capital, will pay 181 million pounds upon completion of the sale in November. The remaining 30 million pounds will be paid in three years, with a 6% interest per year.
