As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the national agricultural products wholesale market was 16.44 yuan/kg, up 0.6% from before the holiday; beef 72.02 yuan/kg, down 0.5% from pre-holiday; lamb 66.99 yuan/kg, down 0.4% from pre-holiday; eggs 10.67 yuan/kg, down 3.1% from pre-holiday; and white striped chicken 17.28 yuan/kg, down 0.5% from pre-holiday. The average price of the 28 kinds of vegetables monitored was 4.40 yuan/kg, down 2.2% from before the holiday; the average price of the 6 kinds of fruit monitored was 6.66 yuan/kg, up 0.8% from before the holiday season. Crucian carp was 19.42 yuan/kg, down 0.1% from before the holiday; carp was 13.83 yuan/kg, up 0.7% from before the holiday; white mackerel was 10.04 yuan/kg, up 0.8% from before the holiday season; and large octopus was 41.32 yuan/kg, down 2.1% from before the holiday season. Today, out of the 46 varieties monitored in the domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale market, the top five price increases compared to before the holiday season were Fuji apples, pineapples, chives, shallots, and mackerel, which were 3.3%, 1.3%, 1.2%, 1.1%, and 1.1%, respectively; the top five price declines were spinach, zucchini, lettuce, cucumber, and lotus root, which were 6.3%, 6.2%, 5.4%, 5.3%, and 4.7%, respectively.
