Kebni to Sell Entire ScaffSense JV Stake for SEK4 Million

The Swedish inertial sensing and satellite antenna technology company will receive 4 million kronor from the transaction, which is expected to close in September, according to a Monday release. The sale follows a strategic review and is part of Kebni's strategy to focus on its core business areas, Inertial Sensing and Satcom.
