Local policies mainly focus on the three major directions of activating demand, optimizing supply, and urban renewal, mainly involving optimizing restrictive policies, adjusting provident fund policies, issuing housing purchase subsidies, revitalizing existing housing stocks, and “good house” construction, and implementing supporting policies for urban renewal.
