I learned from Nanjing Agricultural University that the country's first open meat industry-specific large-scale language model “Meat Tasting” was recently released at the university. “Meat Tasting” is developed by the National Key Laboratory for Meat Quality Control and New Resource Creation. It integrates functions such as production guidance, product development, and industrial services to promote the intelligent transformation of scientific research results in the fields of meat quality control, processing technology, nutrition, health, and quality and safety. It brings together the knowledge, experience and service cases of industry experts to provide specialized intelligent support for meat research and development, process upgrading and quality management.
