Abu Dhabi Developmental to Buy Remaining AD Ports Interest Under Compulsory Squeeze-out

01:54 AM EDT, 09/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Abu Dhabi Ports (ADX:ADPORTS), d/b/a AD Ports Group, shareholders received a squeeze-out notice from Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding for the compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares of the port and industrial zones developer. Under its voluntary conditional cash offer of 6.25 Emirati dirhams per share, the L'imad Holding unit has already acquired 98.93% of AD Ports, according to a Sept. 25 filing.
