According to Zhitong Finance App, Yifei Technology (06871) announced that on September 25, 2026, the company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhongke Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. (Zhongke Aerospace). According to the strategic cooperation agreement, the company and China Aerospace agreed to establish a long-term strategic cooperative relationship, give full play to their respective advantages, and explore cooperation opportunities in scientific research cooperation, industrial ecosystem construction, supply chain collaboration and talent exchange in the fields of space manufacturing and commercial aerospace intelligent manufacturing.

Specifically, the two sides plan to conduct joint research on cutting-edge technology and key common technologies in the field of space manufacturing, jointly apply for national and local science and technology projects, and promote collaborative innovation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
