The company's shareholders transferred 481 million shares to BNP Paribas and 505 million shares from Citibank.

China Airlines Technology Holdings previously announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, with revenue of HK$951 million, a year-on-year decrease of 5.42%; the company's owners should have accounted for a loss of HK$100.2 million for the current period, with a profit of HK$64.293 million for the same period last year; and a basic loss of HK1.08 cents per share.
