Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran met with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Pakistan. Iran's foreign minister appreciated Pakistan's constructive efforts as a mediator in negotiations with the United States, while pointing out that America's repeated breaches have weakened its position as mediator. He stressed that America's violation of the Islamabad agreement has led to increased insecurity and tension in the region, and the United States is continuously responsible for these consequences. Iran's foreign minister informed his Pakistani counterpart about the latest developments in bilateral talks and agreements between Iran and Oman to determine suitable routes for safe passage of ships in the Strait of Hormuz, as well as the interaction between Iran and the United States through Qatar.
