Shenzhen Zhilian, a subsidiary of SF Express Tongcheng (09699), and SF Tyson signed a 2026 unmanned vehicle leasing framework agreement

According to the Zhitong Finance App, SF Tongcheng (09699) announced that on September 24, 2026, Shenzhen Zhilian, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and SF Tyson signed a 2026 unmanned vehicle leasing framework agreement. Shenzhen Zhilian (as lessor) agreed to rent unmanned vehicles to SF Tyson and/or its contacts (as a tenant). The 2026 unmanned vehicle leasing framework agreement is a framework agreement, according to which SF Tyson and/or its contacts can rent unmanned vehicles from time to time by placing specific rental orders during the term of the agreement.

The maximum annual limit for transactions to be carried out under the 2026 Unmanned Vehicle Leasing Framework Agreement for the year ended December 31, 2026 is RMB 28.5 million.

Shenzhen Zhilian is positioned as an unmanned vehicle operation platform company within the Tongcheng Group that provides integrated solutions for unmanned vehicles and capacity services, and provides vehicle companies and terminal customers with flexible vehicles covering the full cycle of unmanned vehicles and efficient capacity support.

The 2026 unmanned vehicle leasing framework agreement was concluded in the context of resource sharing and collaborative development between Tongcheng Group and SF Express Group. The directors believe that the conclusion of the 2026 unmanned vehicle leasing framework agreement will enable Tongcheng Group to introduce SF Group as the cornerstone customer of Shenzhen Zhilian to support the development of Tongcheng Group's unmanned vehicle operation platform. By introducing the SF Express Group as a cornerstone customer, Shenzhen Zhilian can also be in a better position when negotiating with upstream unmanned vehicle companies to achieve economies of scale and maximize their cost advantages and bargaining power. The 2026 unmanned vehicle leasing framework agreement will also help Tongcheng Group and SF Group to deepen and enrich the cooperation model in the field of last-mile delivery, which will further promote the business growth and diversification of Tongcheng Group.

The directors also believe that the conclusion of the 2026 unmanned vehicle leasing framework agreement provides a clear contractual framework for future specific rental orders for SF Tyson and other similar tenants, including pricing, settlement and division of responsibilities, thereby improving transaction certainty and administrative efficiency.
