Eurazeo, Partners Group Get EU Clearance for Joint Control of Aroma-Zone, Legendre Holding 91

07:27 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The European Commission cleared the acquisition of joint control over France-based Aroma Zone Topco and Legendre Holding 91 by French asset manager Eurazeo (RF.PA) and Swiss private equity company Partners Group (PGHN.SW). The transaction mainly concerns the sale of natural cosmetics, essential oils, supplements and aromatherapy and wellness products, according to a Thursday release. The transaction would not raise competition issues because Eurazeo is already a controlling shareholder in the joint venture and Partners Group is not active in the same or vertically related markets, the ruling said.
