Circio to Cancel Subsequent NOK200 Million Share Offering

09:26 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Circio Holding (CRNA.OL) will cancel its subsequent offering of up to 16,865,000 shares to raise gross proceeds of 200 million Norwegian kroner. The decision comes as the biotechnology company's shares continued to trade below the subscription price of 11.80 kroner per share since the Sept. 15 announcement of an initial 200 million-krone private placement, according to a Wednesday release.
