(“Xiangshuyun”) signed an “Intelligent Computing Resource Leasing Service Contract” with VE customers. The agreed service period is 5 years, and the total amount including tax is 872 million yuan.

At present, the company's procurement of corresponding servers has been completed and is being accepted. Delivery to VE customers is expected to be completed by September 30, 2026. The total contract amount is 872 million yuan. If the contract is successfully implemented, it is expected to have a certain impact on the company's future business performance.
