On September 23, the 26th session of the Standing Committee of the 14th People's Congress of Guizhou Province passed and decided to appoint: Wang Dongbin as vice-governor of the Guizhou Provincial People's Government; Deng Linyu as director of the Guizhou Provincial Health Commission. It was decided to remove: Sun Yonghui from the post of director of the Guizhou Provincial Department of Civil Affairs; Zheng Guoning from the post of director of the Guizhou Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security; and Sun Fa from the post of director of the Guizhou Provincial Health Commission.
