Gas Arabian Services Co to Transfer Direct Stake in JV with FS Elliott Middle East

10:03 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Gas Arabian Services Co (SASE:4146) said Tuesday its 50% stake in joint venture FS Elliott Services Saudi Arabia will now be held indirectly through FS Elliott Saudi Arabia. The board of the multi-industry engineering services company approved the stake transfer to FS Elliott Saudi Arabia as part of an ongoing review of its investments and an assessment of the position and procedures of its joint ventures. FS Elliott Middle East, which holds the remaining 50% in the joint venture, also holds 50% of FS Elliott Saudi Arabia.
