Sutton Harbour Group Shareholders OK Plans to Delist from London Bourse

08:32 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sutton Harbour Group (SUH.L) shareholders approved its plans to delist from the London stock exchange's AIM and re-register as a private limited company at a general meeting on Tuesday. According to a same-day release, the British harbors operator, which published the proposals on Aug. 28, expects the cancellation to take effect Sept. 30.
