Huace Film and Television (300133.SZ) subsidiary plans to invest 100 million yuan to participate in Hangzhou Junlian Fund

Zhitong Finance App News, Huace Film & Television (300133.SZ) announced that in order to meet strategic development needs and accelerate the company's business layout and ecological collaboration in the field of artificial intelligence, the company's subsidiary Zhejiang Film and Television Industry International Cooperation Experimental Zone Xixi Investment Management Co., Ltd. (“Xixi Investment”) plans to invest 100 million yuan from its own capital to subscribe for Hangzhou Junlian Jiatu Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Hangzhou Junlian”) shares initiated by Beijing Junqi Enterprise Management Co., Ltd.).

After this investment, the size of Hangzhou Junlian was 704 million yuan (as of the date of disclosure), and Xixi Investment, as a limited partner, invested 100 million yuan with its own capital, accounting for 14.21%. The partnership invests in: artificial intelligence and related applications, or in other fields of technological innovation.
