The matter has been reviewed and approved by the 3rd meeting of the 12th board of directors and still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for consideration; the project is currently in the early stages of preparation, a feasibility study has been completed, and an investment cooperation agreement with conditions has been signed.
