Wuhai HeiMao, a subsidiary of Black Cat Co., Ltd. (002068.SZ), plans to increase capital and expand shares

Zhitong Finance App News, Black Cat Co., Ltd. (002068.SZ) issued an announcement. In order to further enhance the capital strength of the company's holding subsidiary, Wuhai Black Cat Carbon Black Co., Ltd. (“Wuhai Black Cat”), GFC Investment No. 2 (Beijing) Emerging Industry Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Industrial Finance Investment”) plans to increase the capital of Wuhai Black Cat by 100 million yuan, corresponding to the subscription of Wuhai Black Cat, an additional registered capital of 26.1945 million yuan, and a premium of 73.8055 million yuan will be added to Wuhai Black Cat's capital Accumulation. The company relinquishes priority subscription rights for this additional registered capital.

After the transaction is completed, CFC Investment's shareholding ratio in Wuhai Black Cat will be changed from 17.33% to 23.92%, and the company's shareholding ratio in Wuhai Black Cat will be changed from 81.02% to 74.56%. Wuhai Black Cat is still the company's holding subsidiary.
