China's investment promotion data for the first eight months of this year, recently released by the Ministry of Commerce, shows that the actual use of foreign capital in the high-tech industry increased by more than 30% over the same period last year, accounting for more than 40% of the country's actual use of foreign capital, and foreign capital is being invested at an accelerated pace in China's new industries. In the first eight months of this year, the actual use of foreign capital in R&D and design services, technological achievement transformation services, and electronics and communications equipment manufacturing increased by 74%, 64.2%, and 41.9%, respectively. Morgan Stanley and many other foreign-funded institutions believe that China's economy is continuing to transform to an innovation-driven development model, and that the artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, and energy transformation tracks have long-term structural opportunities.
