The company's shareholders deposited 112 million shares in China Merchants Securities Hong Kong, increasing their shareholding ratio by 19.12%.

Jumei Group announced results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The Group's revenue was HK$79.46 million, up 22.89% year on year; loss attributable to company owners was HK$2.036 million, which turned profit and loss on year; and HK4.6 cents per share. According to the announcement, the increase in revenue was mainly due to the relatively large scale of the successfully bid for the project.
