Liberal Arts Interactive (00434) further purchased a total of about 152 bitcoins

Zhitong Finance App News, Liberal Arts Interactive (00434) announced that in the past week, the Group carried out a series of transactions on the open market, that is, the Group further purchased a total of about 152 bitcoins at a total consideration of about HK$90.63 million (equivalent to about US$11.56 million), at a purchase cost of about 75,899 US dollars each (purchasing bitcoins).

After the purchase was completed, as of the date of this announcement, the Group held a total of approximately 4,468 bitcoins, at an average cost of approximately US$68,543 each.

The consideration for the purchase of Bitcoin is paid from idle cash reserves from the Group's business operations, and is determined based on the purchase price and sale price of Bitcoin on the open market.
