Du Fu Liquor Group (00986) completed the placement of a total of 25.8941 million shares

According to Zhitong Finance App, Du Fu Liquor Group (00986) issued an announcement. All conditions of the placement agreement have been met, and the placement matters have been completed on September 21, 2026. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placement agent has successfully placed a total of 25.8941 million shares to no less than six undertakers at the placement price of HK$0.260 per share, which is equivalent to approximately 16.67% of the issued share capital of the company that expanded by allocating and issuing the placement shares immediately after the placement was completed.
