Offshore oil and gas module equipment manufacturer VME (VME.US) sprint to NASDAQ to raise up to 30 million US dollars

Zhitong Finance App learned that VME Companies is a supplier of process modules and separation equipment for offshore oil and gas facilities. The company submitted documents to the SEC last Friday to raise up to 30 million US dollars through an IPO.

VME Companies provides the design, manufacture and delivery of engineered process modules and complete equipment for offshore and onshore energy projects. Its EPC & Modular Solutions (EPC & Modular Solutions) segment provides integrated design, procurement and construction services for modular process systems for floating production oil storage and offloading units (FPSO), mobile offshore production units, and fixed platforms, covering oil and gas separation, extracted water treatment and gas compression; the company has supplied modules for more than 60 FPSO vessels, which account for about 80% to 90% of its sales. Its Separation Technologies segment supplies separation components, pressure vessels, treatment systems and complete pump sets to upstream, midstream and downstream customers.

The Tyler, Texas-based company was founded in 1985. The company plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker VME. VME Companies submitted documents confidentially on July 2, 2026. Kingswood Capital Markets is the sole bookkeeper for this transaction. Pricing terms were not disclosed in this release.
