IHC Names Fount Trust as Ultimate Parent After Ownership Restructuring

(ADX:IHC), or IHC, said Monday that Fount Trust became its ultimate parent following a restructuring of ownership arrangements above Royal Group. The Abu Dhabi-listed holding company does not expect the restructuring to alter its operations, strategy, business activities, or ultimate beneficial ownership. Royal Group will continue to operate within the ownership structure. Pal Group of Companies remains IHC's majority shareholder, while Royal Group remains the majority shareholder of Pal Group. Under the new structure, Royal Group sits beneath Fount Trust.
