Tap Global Group to Raise GBP1 Million via Share Placement

12:43 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tap Global Group (TAP.L) intends to raise at least 1 million pounds sterling through a placement of new ordinary shares at 0.01 pound apiece. The digital finance company will use the net proceeds to purchase Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and stablecoins, according to a Sept. 18 filing. Cavendish Capital Markets is appointed as sole bookrunner for the offering and will be issued warrants to subscribe for new shares.
