The Zhitong Finance App learned that Yijun Group Holdings (02442) plummeted by more than 32%. As of press release, it fell 32.4% to HK$76.45, with a turnover of HK$32.7082 million.

According to the news, on the evening of September 17, Yijun Group Holdings issued a profit warning. It is expected that for the year ending June 30, 2026, it will obtain no more than HK$32 million in losses attributable to the company's owners, which is an increase of about HK$500,000 over the previous year's loss. This is mainly due to the fact that a number of large-scale public projects already carried out before this year have been completed or are close to completion, leading to a decrease in revenue and gross profit; and the profit margin for the Group's new tenders this year due to customer focus on price and intense market competition.

Earlier, on September 14, Yijun Group Holdings issued an announcement stating that starting at 9:00 a.m. on October 6, 2026, the trading unit for each lot of common shares in the company's share capital traded on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited will be changed from 2,000 shares to 100 shares.
