Listen to the news

Some Gold.com, Inc. (NYSE:GOLD) shareholders may be a little concerned to see that the Independent Chairman, Jeffrey Benjamin, recently sold a substantial US$2.9m worth of stock at a price of US$47.87 per share. However, it's crucial to note that they remain very much invested in the stock and that sale only reduced their holding by 4.8%.

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Gold.com

In the last twelve months, the biggest single sale by an insider was when the Independent Director, Jess Ravich, sold US$6.1m worth of shares at a price of US$63.58 per share. While insider selling is a negative, to us, it is more negative if the shares are sold at a lower price. The silver lining is that this sell-down took place above the latest price (US$45.46). So it is hard to draw any strong conclusion from it.

In the last year Gold.com insiders didn't buy any company stock. The chart below shows insider transactions (by companies and individuals) over the last year. By clicking on the graph below, you can see the precise details of each insider transaction!
