Anthropic is continuing its IPO plan, with a target valuation of around $2 trillion, which is expected to surpass SpaceX to become the largest IPO in history. The company expects to generate more than 100 billion US dollars in annualized revenue in 2026, a significant increase from 65 billion US dollars in July. CEO Dario Amodei recently called for slowing down the development of some advanced AI models, but the company's IPO process was unaffected. According to people familiar with the matter, Anthropic may publicly disclose financial documents as early as a few weeks and be listed and traded in November as soon as possible, but plans may still be adjusted due to market fluctuations and other factors. The company is cooperating with investment banks such as Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, and is close to finalizing a $15 billion revolving credit line. Investors expect the company's computing power to reach 5 gigawatts by the end of the year and double next year, at the same level as OpenAI.
