Fortum Extends Tender Offer for Elmera Group

10:51 AM EDT, 09/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fortum (FORTUM.HE) unit Fortum Consumer Solutions extended the expiration date of its ongoing voluntary cash tender offer for Elmera Group's (ELMRA.OL) shares to Oct. 2 from Friday, according to a same-day release. The Finnish energy company's unit said settlement of the offer will be postponed accordingly, and that it will provide an update on the amount of tendered shares on Sept. 21. On Aug. 21, Fortum Consumer Solutions initiated its offer to purchase all Elmera shares not owned by the Norwegian electricity supplier at 47 Norwegian kroner apiece.
