According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Ecotourism (01371) issued an announcement. Compared with the loss of approximately HK$72.4 million attributable to the owner of the Group last year, the Company expects to earn profit attributable to the owner of the Company between HK$95 million and HK$105 million for the year ending June 30, 2026.

The Board believes that the expected shift from loss to profit during the year is mainly due to the Group's confirmed one-time income of approximately HK$182.4 million for the year ended June 30, 2026 due to cancellation of financial liabilities due to the issuance of planned shares.
