Zhongyuan Construction (09982): Liu Debin was appointed as a non-executive director and chairman of the board

Zhitong Finance App News, Zhongyuan Construction (09982) announced that Dr. Liu Debin has been appointed as a non-executive director and chairman of the board of directors with effect from September 18, 2026.

Mr. Ho Yu Ming has been appointed as the Company's Chief Financial Officer; the Company Secretary of the Company; and the Company's Authorized Representative as stipulated in section 3.05 of the Listing Rules, all effective September 18, 2026.

Mr. Wang Jun is no longer the authorized representative of the company as stipulated in section 3.05 of the listing rules, and the executive director, Mr. Wang Kai, has been appointed as the company's authorized representative under section 3.05 of the listing rules, all effective from September 18, 2026.
