Huada Jiutian (301269.SZ): Big Fund plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

According to Zhitong Finance App, Huada Jiutian (301269.SZ) issued an announcement. “National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd.” (“Big Fund”), the majority shareholder holding 6.97% of the company's shares, plans to reduce the total number of company shares by no more than 5.478,700 shares through centralized bidding and bulk transactions within three months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of the announcement, that is, no more than 1% of the company's total share capital.
