According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jiufang Digital Intelligence (08238.HK) announced that on September 18, 2026, the company plans to issue convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HK$13.92 million to the subscriber (Jinhui Capital Holdings Limited). After the conversion of the convertible bonds according to the initial conversion price of HK$0.2 per share (subject to adjustment), a total of 69.6 million shares will be issued, which is equivalent to about 20% of the company's current issued shares and 16.7% of the number of issued shares expanded by the issued shares. The net proceeds from the subscription will be approximately HK$13.9 million. The Group intends to use the net proceeds raised from the issuance of convertible bonds as general working capital, including settlement of the Group's trade payables and debts, construction and operating expenses of the Northern Regional Center, development and upgrading of existing AI marketing systems, payment of legal and professional expenses, staff costs, and other operating and general administrative expenses.
