Recently, the 7th International Information Service Conference was successfully held in Hong Kong, China. The conference was hosted by China Investment Information Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The conference focused on deepening the interconnection of cross-border financial information and promoting open cooperation in global capital markets. More than 200 representatives from more than 100 institutions, including domestic and foreign exchanges, information service providers, and asset management companies, gathered on the banks of the Xiangjiang River to discuss new opportunities for development. Relevant officials from the Shanghai Stock Exchange attended the meeting and delivered speeches. At the conference, the Shanghai Stock Exchange introduced relevant measures to accelerate the construction of a world-class exchange, including continuing to strengthen the Shanghai Main Board and the Science and Technology Innovation Board, vigorously developing indexed investment, steadily developing the derivatives market, continuously optimizing the interconnection mechanism, and opening up services to the outside world at a high level. At the same time, it said it will rely on China Investment Trust to further expand external information and data services to provide more convenience for global investors to participate in China's capital market.
