On September 17, the Ministry of Education's 2027 “Sailing in Autumn” Campus Recruitment Month Event and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei University Graduates School-Enterprise Supply and Demand Matchmaking Conference was held at Beijing Jiaotong University. This is the first large-scale employment promotion event organized by the Ministry of Education to fully launch the 2027 college graduate employment program. With the theme of “'Work in the Golden Autumn, 'Reach the Future”, the event brought together more than 500 high-quality employers in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to provide more than 30,000 jobs, covering 14 key fields such as finance and professional services, digital technology, energy and chemicals, transportation and construction, and equipment manufacturing, and attracted more than 10,000 college graduates to apply for jobs. During the event, a special supply and demand matchmaking event for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei campus was held, and social affairs departments in more than 20 districts and cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were organized to exchange information on local talent policies, enterprise recruitment needs and graduate sources to help accurately attract local talents, accurately recommend talents from colleges and universities, and accurately recruit talents from enterprises. A one-stop job search and empowerment area was also set up at the event site to provide graduates with employment guidance services such as resume diagnosis, mock interviews, career planning consultation, and employment policy interpretation. In the next step, the Ministry of Education will also continue to host the “Golden Autumn Sailing” campus recruitment series in many places. It is expected that from September to November, it will host more than 9,000 campus recruitment events nationwide, providing more than 12 million job information.
