(hereinafter referred to as “Jinda Capital”) and 9 other limited partners in Guangzhou. The parties agreed to jointly initiate the establishment of a limited partnership (hereinafter referred to as “investment fund” or “partnership”); of these, the company, as a limited partner, pledged 10 million yuan of investment funds and held 24.33% of the investment fund.

The company cooperated with the professional institution Jinda Capital to establish an investment fund.
