Jin Taifeng International Holdings (09689): Li Guofa was appointed as an independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Jin Taifeng International Holdings (09689) announced that Mr. Li Guofa has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the board remuneration committee, and a member of the board review committee and nomination committee, with effect from September 18, 2026.

After Mr. Lee was appointed as an independent non-executive director, he has also been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, as well as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with effect from September 18, 2026. Mr. Xu Xingshan (former Chairman of the Remuneration Committee) has been reassigned as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
