According to the Zhitong Finance App, Huaying Construction (01582.HK) announced that Huaying Construction Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has signed a notice of winning the bid, involving the Hong Kong Housing Department awarding a major construction project contract for a public housing development project in Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The contract amount is about HK$1.5 billion. The Group will act as the main contractor to provide the building construction project. Currently, it is expected that the aforementioned project will begin in mid-October 2026.
