Recently, the company received the “Notice of Acceptance” of the registration clinical trial application for celecoxib tramadol hydrochloride tablets issued by the State Drug Administration. Celecoxib tramadol hydrochloride tablets are a co-crystal formed between the opioid agonist tramadol hydrochloride and the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug celecoxib. The proposed indications for applying for drug registration clinical trials are: suitable for the treatment of short-term moderate to severe acute somatic pain in adults. Moderate to severe physical pain includes postoperative pain (such as after orthopedic and traumatic surgery, or dental surgery) or musculoskeletal pain (damage to muscles, ligaments, tendons, and joints).
