After a period of practice, all parties have reached a consensus on how to dispose of infringing information involving enterprises. The website platform should proactively clean up and dispose of the following infringing information involving enterprises. 1. Categories of personal information. This includes disclosing personal identification and contact information such as entrepreneur ID cards, passports, household registration files, home addresses, phone numbers, etc., as well as sensitive personal information such as biometrics, healthcare, financial accounts, and whereabouts. 2. Insult and derogatory categories. These include insulting and abusing companies and entrepreneurs, impersonating corporate logos, products, and portraits of entrepreneurs, maliciously relating companies and entrepreneurs to pornographic and vulgar topics, and using stigmatized terms to slander companies, entrepreneurs, or specific brand users. 3. Counterfeit and counterfeit products. This includes counterfeiting supervisory information produced and published by impersonating news organizations, information posted under the name of an enterprise or entrepreneur, and unauthorized use of the same or similar name logo or entrepreneur's name portrait as the company in public account names, avatars, and profiles. 4. False and misleading categories. These include taking it out of context, misinterpreting the entrepreneur's past remarks, presenting search keyword associations that do not match the facts, search landing page results, false information that has been refuted and clarified by authority, and information that is inconsistent with public statements issued by enterprises and entrepreneurs on official accounts on major platforms. 5. Other categories. These include information about companies involved in the campaign, collected old news and negative information about companies that have been hyped up, infringement information about companies that have been disposed of by this platform, and comments on enterprises posted by robot accounts and online navy accounts, which clearly violate public order and morals to discredit and slander companies and entrepreneurs.
