The two sides will promote the establishment of Zhongke Shuguang's ASEAN business headquarters, jointly build the Photosynthetic Industrial Ecological Innovation Center, and develop a layout around computing power infrastructure, industrial ecology and application innovation to promote the development of artificial intelligence in ASEAN with domestic computing power.
