According to Zhitong Finance App, Wall Nuclear Materials (09981) issued an announcement. On September 17, 2026, Shanghai Electronics (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) signed an investment agreement with the Commission. Shanghai Electronics conditionally agreed to invest in the project, and the Commission conditionally agreed to assist Shanghai Electronics in implementing the project after purchasing the land use rights involved in the project through a bidding process.

The project can only be carried out after Shanghai Electronics has successfully bid for the land use rights for the land through the bidding process. The project involves the construction of a new production base on this site to plan R&D, production and sales of electronic material products such as heat-shrinkable materials and insulating sleeves for automobile wiring and pipeline protection.

The total investment amount of the project is no more than RMB 800 million, of which the fixed asset investment is approximately RMB 600 million, and includes expenses related to obtaining land use rights through the bidding process, construction of plant and supporting facilities, and investment in production equipment. The investment amount is determined based on the scale of the project and estimated construction needs, and funds from Shanghai Electronics' internal resources and the company's global sales proceeds will be disbursed.
