Since the “8.26” massive landslide floods occurred in Nepal, China has urgently dispatched rescue experts to Nepal to provide cash aid, relief materials, hydrometeorological data, and customize the “Mazu” warning plan. China is ready to work with the International Center for Comprehensive Mountain Development and countries in the region to deepen the construction of a cross-border joint monitoring and early warning system, improve cross-border emergency coordination and post-disaster reconstruction cooperation, promote scientific and inclusive regional climate management, and jointly build a safe, resilient, green and sustainable Himalayan community of destiny.
