Dong Longfei increased her holdings of CCCIC (00899) by 14.2973 million shares at a price of HK$0.14 per share

The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 16, Dong Longfei increased her holdings of CCCIC (00899) by 142972.67 million shares, at a price of HK$0.14 per share, for a total amount of about HK$2.016 million. After the increase in holdings, the latest number of shares held was approximately 31.5373 million shares, and the latest shareholding ratio was 6.64%.

Supplementary information: On August 24, 2026, the Company entered into a placement agreement to place 29,677,267 shares at HK$0.140 each. The placement has been completed, and all of the placed shares have been placed.
